Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Project Management Plan outlining contract management strategies and processes.
- Oversee planning, coordination, technical direction, and surveillance of all contract activities to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Establish and maintain management control systems to track task status, deliverables, and resource allocation; provide regular progress reports.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all contract-related communications and issue resolution.
- Lead and coordinate operational and programmatic functions, including staffing, budgeting, invoicing, and activity reporting.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members to ensure readiness and compliance with contract requirements.
- Facilitate meetings, maintain project calendars, and manage digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and standards for information security, records management, and property management.
- Prepare and submit required deliverables, including transition plans, business continuity plans, and monthly progress reports.
- Respond promptly to emerging issues and provide solutions within established timelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams and complex projects in a professional services environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook), Adobe Pro, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Eligibility for a security clearance is required.
Work Environment:
- Standard business hours with occasional requirements for after-hours or weekend work.
- Some travel may be required.
- Combination of on-site and remote work as approved.
