Pay Rate:

$70•75/hour We are seeking an experienced Senior Project / Program Manager to support a Technology Resiliency Program within a leading financial institution's corporate office in downtown Chicago. This role will operate within the PMO and lead critical infrastructure and resiliency-focused initiatives. Overview This position will provide program management leadership across multiple high-impact technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, risk controls, and regulatory expectations. The role requires a strong ability to manage complex programs, influence stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Program Manager / Project Manager•Key Responsibilities Lead and manage infrastructure and technology resiliency programs within a PMO structure Drive execution of complex, large-scale initiatives with significant scope, risk, and visibility Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans Ensure alignment with enterprise PMO standards, IT controls, and regulatory requirements Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders at all levels Manage risks, dependencies, and issues while driving resolution Support governance, status reporting, and overall program health Utilize PPM tools and project tracking systems to maintain transparency and control Program Manager / Project Manager•Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in project/program management Experience working within a PMO or portfolio management environment Proven track record leading infrastructure technology projects Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies Experience navigating risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Hands-on experience with tools such as Clarity, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Project, Point, Teams, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience within financial services or a highly regulated environment Background leading application development initiatives PMP or Agile certifications (ACP) This is a strong opportunity to contribute to enterprise-level resiliency initiatives within a highly visible program.
