Program Mgr/QDDP Life Pearls Annandale, VA Job Details Part-time $22 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications QIDP Certification Working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders Regulatory compliance State healthcare regulations Administrative experience Driver's License Bachelor's degree Human Services Social Work Data collection Full Job Description Job Overview Life Pearls Support Services is seeking an experienced and compassionate Program Manager/QDDP to oversee Community Engagement & Networking services for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) receiving Virginia DD Waiver services. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centered service delivery in compliance with Virginia DBHDS, DMAS, and HCBS regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, compliance-focused, experienced with waiver documentation, and passionate about helping individuals achieve independence and meaningful community inclusion. This is a Part-Time Hybrid position requiring a combination of remote administrative work, community visits, staff oversight, and occasional in-office meetings. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Oversight & Compliance Ensure all Community Engagement & Networking services comply with: Virginia DBHDS regulations DMAS Medicaid Waiver requirements HCBS Settings Rule standards Agency policies and procedures Monitor service quality, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance Assist with audits, licensing reviews, and quality assurance activities Ensure incident reporting, health & safety standards, and human rights protections are maintained Staff Supervision & Leadership Supervise DSPs, Behavioral Technicians, and support staff Conduct onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluations Review staff documentation and ensure timely completion of service notes Assist with staffing schedules and coverage coordination Provide field supervision and mentorship as needed Person-Centered Service Coordination Oversee implementation of individualized ISP goals and support plans Promote community integration, independence, socialization, and skill-building Coordinate with families, Support Coordinators, CSBs, clinicians, and interdisciplinary teams Participate in ISP meetings and service planning Documentation & Medicaid Oversight Review and monitor: progress notes monthly summaries ISP data collection behavior tracking service verification documentation Ensure documentation supports Medicaid billing requirements Monitor authorized units and utilization trends Quality Assurance & Risk Management Conduct internal compliance reviews and documentation audits Monitor for abuse, neglect, exploitation, and rights restrictions Implement corrective action plans when necessary Assist with policy development and operational improvement initiatives Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or related field preferred Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Previous QDDP and/or Program Management experience preferred
Knowledge of:
Virginia DBHDS regulations DMAS Waiver Services HCBS compliance standards ISP implementation Medicaid documentation requirements Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required Ability to travel locally for community visits and staff oversight Preferred Skills Experience supervising direct support professionals Strong compliance and quality assurance background Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment Crisis intervention and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Community Engagement & Networking services Schedule Part-Time Hybrid Position Flexible scheduling based on program needs
