Summary Job Description:
Baptist Health is looking for a Program Specialist Rev Cycle to join our team! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN The Program Specialist is responsible for the IT programs/projects within assigned scope, with overallresponsibility for the direction, scope, cost, schedule, quality, and success of the projects. This includes managing the project plan, budget, issues management list, work breakdown structure, and other project
management tools. This position will coordinate all project activities: software and hardwareimplementation, training and optimization, business and IT related tasks, internal communications processimprovement, and develop a plan for sustaining support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or minimum four years direct experience in lieu of degree. PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred. Agile or SCRUM certification a plus. Lean Six Sigma certification a plus. Membership in at least one professional organization is required (i.e. HIMSS, PMI, etc. Driver's license required.
