Full-Time About Everblue Everblue is a mission-driven, veteran-owned small business dedicated to improving careers, strengthening communities, and advancing energy efficiency through innovative training and program management solutions. We partner with state agencies, local governments, nonprofits, utilities, and industry leaders to develop workforce initiatives that create meaningful impact across the country. Our work is collaborative, fast-paced, and constantly evolving. We value people who are proactive, curious, adaptable, and excited to contribute wherever they're needed. If you're looking for meaningful work where no two days are the same, we'd love to meet you. Position Overview Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and making a difference? As a Program Success Coordinator, you'll support a variety of workforce development and energy efficiency programs that positively impact communities across multiple states. You'll serve as an important connection between Everblue, program participants, partners, and internal teams, helping ensure programs run smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience for everyone involved. This role combines relationship building, customer service, project coordination, outreach, data management, and operational support. Some days you'll be helping participants navigate a training program, while other days you'll be organizing data, coordinating outreach efforts, supporting new program launches, or brainstorming for innovative ways to improve how we work. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, communicates well, takes initiative, and is excited to contribute to a growing organization where flexibility and collaboration are valued. Key Responsibilities Program Coordination & Operations Support the day-to-day operations of multiple workforce development and training programs. Coordinate participant onboarding, registrations, scheduling, and communications. Assist program managers with project coordination, documentation, and deliverables. Help ensure projects stay organized and deadlines are met. Support new program implementation and continuous improvement initiatives. Relationship Building & Outreach Build and maintain positive relationships with program participants, community organizations, contractors, government partners, and other stakeholders. Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for program inquiries and participant support. Coordinate outreach efforts that raise awareness of training opportunities and community programs. Gather feedback from participants and partners to help strengthen program effectiveness. Represent Everblue in virtual meetings, conferences, training events, and occasional partner visits. Data Management & Reporting Maintain participant databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, and internal systems. Ensure information is accurate, organized, and up to date. Assist with tracking program metrics, generating reports, and monitoring project progress. Support process improvements that increase efficiency and enhance the participant experience. Innovation & Team Collaboration Look for opportunities to improve workflows, communications, and internal processes. Help develop new templates, resources, and tools that support program success. Collaborate across multiple teams and programs, contributing wherever support is needed. Bring ideas, curiosity, and a willingness to solve problems in creative ways. What We're Looking For We're less concerned with finding someone who has done this exact job before and more interested in finding someone who enjoys learning, communicating, and making things happen. Excellent communicators who enjoy working with people. Organized and detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solvers who take initiative. Adaptable and excited by work that changes from day to day. Collaborative team players who enjoy supporting others. Comfortable learning new software, systems, and processes. Motivated by meaningful work that positively impacts communities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Experience in customer service, project coordination, community outreach, operations, workforce development, nonprofit organizations, education, or administrative support. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, or similar productivity tools. Ability to organize and manage large amounts of information with accuracy and attention to detail. Experience working with databases, CRM systems, dashboards, or project management software is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, training events, or conferences. Why Join Everblue? At Everblue, you'll do more than support projects—you'll help create opportunities that strengthen communities and change lives. You'll join a collaborative team where ideas are welcomed, innovation is encouraged, and your work has a direct impact on workforce development and energy efficiency initiatives across the country. Every day brings new challenges, new partnerships, and new opportunities to learn and grow. If you're looking for meaningful work, enjoy wearing many hats, and thrive in an environment where flexibility, communication, and initiative are valued, we'd love to hear from you. A Day at Everblue No two days at Everblue are exactly alike. If you're energized by variety, enjoy building relationships, love finding solutions, and want your work to have a meaningful impact, you'll feel right at home here. woVtQ2JEZv
