Job Description

Equity Staffing Group is hiring a Regional Program Lead for a confidential global energy client in Wayne, NJ! This is an exciting opportunity to support the separation and transformation of a major global business while helping build and enhance regional procurement programmes. The role will oversee programme operations, supplier performance, stakeholder engagement, and change initiatives across travel, meetings and events, corporate cards, and contingent labor.

Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week
Pay:
$100-$110/hour

Long-term contract opportunity Reports to: Global Programme Manager What You'll Do Manage day-to-day regional operations for global procurement programmes. Oversee Managed Service Providers and monitor service performance. Support programme expansion into new countries and business units. Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and user experience. Partner with procurement teams, business leaders, suppliers, and global stakeholders. Develop and deliver training, communications, and change-management initiatives. Resolve complex programme issues and provide timely support to end users. Track programme effectiveness and recommend improvements. Support modernization and transformation initiatives using digital solutions. Participate in incident and crisis-response activities, including travel-related emergencies and 24/7 incident coverage. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience managing global contingent labor, travel, meetings/events, or similar procurement programmes. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Experience working with Managed Service Providers and external suppliers. Knowledge of process improvement, user-focused service delivery, and change management. Experience working in a global, multicultural, and cross-functional environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity. Experience supporting crisis situations and communicating clearly during incidents. Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Experience Familiarity with contingent labor Vendor Management Systems such as Fieldglass or Beeline . Experience with global procurement transformation or modernization initiatives. Background supporting travel, meetings and events, corporate card, or contingent workforce programmes.
