Job Description
The Colorado Rural Health Center (CRHC) is seeking a Programs Coordinator with the passion and skills to support the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) implementation and day-to-day operations coordinating program activities facilitating communication with applicants, partners, and internal team members and closely working with the RHTP Program Manger to deliver high quality technical assistance for all programs and activities within the
RHTP. CRHC
is a non-profit organization that serves as the State Office of Rural Health and has been serving the state of Colorado since 1991. CRHC's mission is to enhance healthcare services in Colorado by providing information, education, linkages, tools and energy toward addressing rural healthcare issues. We have high expectations for you as an RHTP Program Coordinator.You will:
Support grants management activities by assisting with tracking, documentation, and reporting of RHTP contract deliverables to help ensure compliance with RHTP requirements and the expectations of CRHC's partner, the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF). Assist with obtaining required approvals and maintaining organized grant files. Assist with the implementation and ongoing coordination of RHTP technical assistance activities in alignment with contract guidelines. Support educational webinars, meetings, site visits, trainings, resource development, data collection, data monitoring, and hospital updates. Collaborate with the CRHC Outreach Department to support development and distribution of brochures, fact sheets, toolkits, marketing flyers, educational handouts, and social media content. Assist with communicating available resources, trainings, peer-to-peer learning opportunities, and CMS and HCPF updates to RHTP applicants and grantees. Coordinate logistics and communications with internal team members, HCPF, applicants, grantees, and external partners for meetings, webinars, and site visits as needed. Support planning and execution of workshops, conferences, site visits, and other program-related events statewide and in the Denver area. Attend program-related meetings and workshops, in person or remotely, and assist with preparation, materials, and follow-up. The salary range for this position is commensurate with depth of experience and overall qualifications. This position requires about 30% travel. This non-exempt position requires occasional travel to in-person meetings and is funded by HCPF through Rural Health Transformation Funding and is dependent upon that funding for continued employment. First year of the contract is through September 30, 2027, and employment beyond that date is dependent upon receipt of continued funding. Colorado is expected to receive CMS funding for RHTP for a total of five years.Job Type:
