Key Responsibilities:
Support Program Manager in the delivery of complex infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and Jacobs' sustainability values. Lead the implementation of program management functions including controls, commercial oversight, design coordination, risk and stakeholder management. Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring technical performance, schedule adherence, and budget control. Collaborate with internal teams and supply chain partners to foster high-performing, agile delivery environments. Contribute to business development activities by identifying opportunities, supporting proposal development, and building client relationships. Assist in developing execution plans and innovative delivery approaches for complex capital programs. Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all program activities. #LI-CC1 #epjobs #naepjobs Here's what you'll need Significant experience in managing Energy Transition capital projects/programs, ideally with exposure to infrastructure programs valued at $500M+. Proven ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, including client-facing roles and multi-company environments. Solid understanding of program management disciplines: cost, schedule, procurement, risk, change, and design management. Experience working in matrixed organizations and contributing to regional growth strategies.Attributes & Skills:

Posted Salary Range:
Minimum 170,400.00Posted Salary Range:

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $170,400.00 to $234,300.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
