Job Summary:

This role seeks a seasoned leader to drive impactful community programs by translating insights into actionable strategies. You will be instrumental in enhancing user experiences and elevating team visibility through cross-functional partnerships and data-informed execution, managing complex initiatives from conception to completion. The ideal candidate is a self-starter adept at strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and fostering collaborative environments to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex, cross-functional programs with high ambiguity and multiple priorities. Partner effectively with executive leadership to establish alignment and track program outcomes. Define, implement, and refine program plans, schedules, and performance metrics. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and accountability. Proactively identify and manage program risks and issues.

Must-Have Skills:

12+ years of program management experience with leadership in complex, data-led programs. Expert proficiency in Airtable and Google Workspace. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
