- Volunteer Services Pay Rate Type Salary Pay Grade Health-25 Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Work Shift Job Description Under the supervision of the Volunteer Program Manager, responsible for daily Program Assistant duties of Volunteer Services to include routine and specialized support for Volunteer Services. Other duties include initiating, organizing and tracking human resources, fundraising and procurement activities. Responsible for the Coordination of all business operations of the Volunteer department. This includes but is not limited to the coordination of procurement processes, marketing, web design, fundraising sales and related payroll deduction allocations, volunteer retention/reward and recognition program, regulatory compliance for all CHS division volunteers onboarding and annual mandatories.
