Columbia, SC Job Details Full-time 2 hours ago Qualifications Communication platforms Administrative experience Productivity software Associate's degree Full Job Description Benedict College invites applications for the position of Program Coordinator for the Quantum Information Science Hub initiative housed within the Benedict Enterprise, Startup, and Technology (B.E.S.T.) Innovation Lab. This position is grant-funded for a period of two years only and is contingent upon grant funding. The position will begin upon official grant award and project start date. The selected candidate must be available to work full-time upon project launch. The Program Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support necessary for successful implementation of the initiative. The position will support project coordination, participant communication, logistics management, documentation, scheduling, and reporting activities across all phases of the project. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate scheduling, calendars, and project logistics Support participant communication, registration, and tracking activities Assist with stipend processing, purchasing documentation, and reimbursement activities Coordinate travel arrangements and purchasing support Support meeting, workshop, and event logistics Maintain project records, files, and documentation systems Assist with grant reporting, compliance documentation, and operational tracking Support communication with ecosystem partners, mentors, and stakeholders Assist with preparation of meeting materials, reports, and presentations Provide administrative support for day-to-day project operations Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred Experience in administrative support, office management, project coordination, or related areas Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines Experience supporting grant-funded projects or higher education initiatives preferred Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping skills
