Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of program initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved. Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status and performance. Implement best practices in program management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct program evaluations and assessments to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Mentor and guide project managers and team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in program management with a strong understanding of program management methodologies. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with budgeting and financial management. Certification in Program Management (e.g., PgMP, PMP) is a plus. Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in program management or a related field.
