Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Program Manager to lead. This position provides program management, coordination, and leadership support for
USARCENT
Headquarters Battalion (HQBN) requirements. Plans, coordinates, and monitors program activities, resources, schedules, requirements, and performance to support successful mission execution. Serves as a primary contractor management interface for assigned program activities and coordinates contractor support with Government personnel and appropriate USARCENT organizations. This position is contigent upon contract award. Duties Develop, plan, and execute community programs focused on health promotion, addiction counseling, youth engagement, and social services. Plan, coordinate, and monitor program activities, resources, schedules, requirements, and performance. Support allocation and effective utilization of resources necessary to accomplish program and mission requirements. Monitor program execution, identify risks, issues, or potential performance impacts, and develop recommended corrective actions. Review applicable Federal, DoD, Army, and
USARCENT
policies, guidance, and requirements affecting program execution. Analyze and evaluate program activities, processes, and requirements and recommend improvements to support mission accomplishment. Develop and maintain program schedules, status reports, briefings, trackers, metrics, and other management products. Coordinate with Government leadership, USARCENT staff organizations, higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and other appropriate stakeholders. Participate in management reviews, status meetings, and other program coordination activities. Track action items, requirements, risks, and issues through resolution. Coordinate contractor personnel and corporate support as necessary to maintain continuity and effective contract performance. Provide recommendations and courses of action to Government personnel regarding program requirements, risks, and potential areas requiring additional attention or coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience preferred. Must posess 8-10+ years of relevant program management, operations management, military staff, or comparable experience preferred. Must have 3-5 years of management or leadership experience preferred. Experience managing or coordinating personnel, resources, schedules, requirements, risks, and performance preferred. Experience supporting DoD, Army, or military headquarters organizations preferred. Experience coordinating across higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and multiple stakeholders preferred. Strong leadership, planning, organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

From $97,872.34 per year
