osition Summary Bellatrix is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as the on-site lead responsible for overall management, staffing, quality, and performance of a multi-labor-category staff augmentation program supporting a Department of Defense command headquarters. This role is likely to be designated a Key Personnel position, and a resume will be required as part of the selection process. Key Responsibilities Serve as the company's primary point of contact with the government Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for all performance matters. Oversee recruiting, staffing, onboarding, and retention across all labor categories to meet program staffing timelines. Develop and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensure compliance with performance standards. Manage program reporting requirements, including personnel status, progress/status reports, and travel reporting. Coordinate replacement of key and non-key personnel within required timelines. Monitor overall program performance, cost, and schedule; resolve performance issues and escalate as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of program/contract management experience, including experience managing DoD service contracts. Demonstrated experience managing multi-labor-category staffing on a government contract. PMP certification preferred, not required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be willing and able for OCONUS travel. Pay:
$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
