K Job Summary:
The Trauma Program Manager is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the trauma program at Parkwest Medical Center. Working in collaboration with the Trauma Medical Director and hospital leadership, this position supports high-quality, evidence-based trauma care across the continuum of care, including injury prevention, prehospital coordination, emergency services, acute inpatient care, rehabilitation, trauma registry management, performance improvement, education, outreach, and trauma center verification readiness.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Build and lead the Level II Trauma Program — establish the infrastructure, processes, standards, and culture needed for a successful program Drive clinical quality and patient outcomes — ensure trauma care is safe, evidence based, coordinated, and continuously improving Lead multidisciplinary collaboration — bring together trauma surgeons, ED, ICU, OR, EMS, nursing, ancillary services, and physicians around one cohesive trauma system Own regulatory, data, and performance readiness — oversee trauma data, PI processes, regulatory requirements, and readiness for verification/designation Develop the people and culture — build trauma competency through education, simulation, staff development, and strong teamwork while creating a culture of accountability and excellence Qualifications include:
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's degree preferred Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant clinical nursing experience required. Demonstrated experience in quality improvement, performance improvement, clinical education, program coordination, or leadership. Knowledge of trauma systems, ACS trauma program standards, trauma registry processes, and trauma performance improvement principles.
Licensure Requirement:
Must have and maintain current unrestricted RN license in state of TN. Additional trauma certifications preferred. Why work for Adecco?
