Serve as the point of contact and administrive expert providing staff assistance on mters of administrive management and improvement of program effectiveness. Establish stregic goals and objectives to manage, administer and implement the programs and missions of the Office. Provide authoritive responses to Congressional, Ste, Federal Agency inquiries, and serves as Agency spokesperson meetings or conferences with professional groups, nional industry organizions, and/or management of the prime Management and Opering (M&O) Contract.
