Job Description

Responsibilities:
As Program Manager for Hill Resources you will need to oversee 6 ICF groups homes
  • Manage program budgets, including cost control and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide leadership and guidance to program team members
  • Will need to travel to Sweetwater, TX twice weekly (will be compensated for travel)
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in program management
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in requirements management techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines Applications can be picked up Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
