PREA Manager

Provides consultative services and technical assistance to plan, implement, and monitor standards. Conducts surveys, inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Recommends and coordinates activities to produce a more effective program. Assists in the development and implementation of effective techniques for evaluating, studies and analysis of operations and problems. Prepares reports of findings and recommendations; and prepares justifications for and assists in implementing procedural or policy changes. Participates in program planning, development, and implementation. Assists in planning and developing educational programs. Prepares and assists in the preparation of administrative reports, studies, and specialized research projects. Provides training and technical assistance on program operations and services. Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed. Pay Rate- $31.00 hourly
