About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and detail oriented individuals to join our team as Sewing Machine Operators. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with their hands and creating beautiful, high quality products. No prior sewing experience is required. We provide comprehensive, hands on training and ongoing support to help you develop real professional skills. At Cranmer Threads Co., we design and produce limited run clothing, bags, and textile goods with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship, beautiful fabrics, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Operate industrial and domestic sewing machines to assemble garments and textile products Learn and master various sewing techniques including seams, hems, zippers, buttonholes, topstitching, and finishing details Follow patterns, technical drawings, and quality standards Assist with fabric preparation, cutting support, trimming, pressing, and final inspection Collaborate with our small team to meet production goals and deadlines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation Participate in regular training sessions and skill development workshops What We're Looking For No sewing experience needed. $23.52 - $26.00 per hour
