Job Description
Education:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, criminal justice or related field. Paid or volunteer clinical experience working in the domestic violence field with perpetrators, victims of domestic violence or both for (3) years or more preferred. Preferred Experience in the Duluth model or alternative BIPP curriculum in psycho-educational group or will train. Administrative and supervisory experience of no less than one year. Knowledge of database management and statistical collection required.Skills:

Demonstrates ability to coordinate multiple group and facilitator schedules weekly, monthly or quarterly.Duties & Responsibilities:
As assigned, represent the Agency and the BIPP Program in special groups and coalitions such as Domestic Violence Task Force, Jefferson County Taskforce, etc. Assist with development and maintenance of referral relationships and protocols with community agencies, including but not limited to DFPS, Orange, Hardin, Jasper, Tyler, Newton, Jefferson County CSCD, the D.A.'s office, Courts and Family Services Women & Children's Shelter. Monitor case files and provide supervision to BIPP facilitators, including case management, record keeping, individual and group documentation. Assist finance director with oversight of client payment process. Provide monthly and quarterly program reports to the Agency, TCFV and funding sources, DFPS. Engage in required trainings as mandated by funding sources, as well as maintain records of training for self and staff. Maintain all documentation necessary for program as required internally, by funding source, or referral sources.Direct Service Responsibilities:
Provide direct service to BIPP clients including (attended at court appearances when requested) intakes, group facilitation and exit sessions. Provide assistance to other departments as requested as time permits.Full Time Salary:
