The Little Gym is a fun place where children grow, learn and play. The ideal candidate must love helping children develop and grow in a fun safe environment. We are open to different scheduling options for the ideal candidate. Duties Teach amazing classes that kids love Update our weekly curriculum with assistance Train new team members on best practices Assist with marketing activities (social media, in gym, outside gym) Help ensure high staff engagement and enthusiasm Requirements Gymnastics experience is required in order to help maintain curriculum and train staff on proper spotting of skills Experience working with children (our kids range from 4mo - 12y) Experience motivating others Certification in CPR/First Aid is desirable but not mandatory at the time of application.
