Job Description Summary:

The Program Coordinator for a STEAM Summer Academy is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing a dynamic, hands-on learning program in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Provides leadership and support to instructors and instructional assistants, ensuring engaging, incorporative, and standards-aligned instruction across all classrooms. Manages daily operations, including scheduling, materials, and student supervision, while maintaining a safe and structured environment. Serves as the central point of communication for staff, students, and families, while monitoring program effectiveness and supporting continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED equivalency. One (1) year program or office coordination experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Services or similar related field preferred. Special Instructions to
