Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director of Programs, facilitate council wide offerings of programs that includes outdoors, STEM, life skills, and entrepreneurship. Coordinates and implements council events to provide fun, engaging participation options for all girl members and supports council program revenue. Cultivates relationships will appropriate community partners to support girl program and event efforts. Supports In School programming as needed. Active participation in the development of environments that foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and access through words, actions, and attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least two years of directly related work experience required. Previous experience leading volunteers and youth is preferred. Required strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including public speaking. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, sufficient technical ability to easily work in multiple digital environments such as, online training platforms, and membership databases. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, multi-task, meet deadlines, take initiative and maintain confidentiality. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines successfully. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Willingness and ability to travel within council jurisdiction. Subscribe to the principles of the Girl Scout Movement and become a registered member of GSUSA.

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
