The Program Manager will define program structure, manage cross‑project dependencies, coordinate project managers, oversee budgets, and ensure delivery of strategic business outcomes. Define program scope, outcomes, and success metrics; align leaders on a shared narrative. Coordinate project managers and workstream leads to ensure plans fit together. Manage cross‑project dependencies, risks, and issues; propose mitigation options early. Analyze and overcome program risks; ensure program goals are met across teams
