You will be the Integrated Program Planner Associate Manager for the
IFG F-22
Sustainment Planning Team which is responsible for delivering integrated master schedule governance across the IFG program. What You Will Be Doing As the Integrated Program Planner Associate Manager, you will be responsible for providing daily leadership to a team of planners, overseeing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and ensuring schedule health for multiple IFG products.
Your responsibilities will include:
Guide Control Account Managers in building and maintaining the IMS, including monthly updates, critical‑path analysis, and risk assessments. Drive execution of the PP&I business rhythm, delivering schedule and performance metrics to internal and external customers. Provide expert consultation during high‑level customer reviews, ensuring baseline change control aligns with command directives. Foster cross‑functional relationships and coordinate with PP&I leadership to integrate labor and supplier tasks into the contract IMS. Develop talent within the planning team and serve as the subject‑matter expert for program planning and integration. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Experience with Microsoft Office applications Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis Experience delivering project briefings to customers Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration Experience analyzing planning metrics and trends and implement actionable improvement plans
Desired Skills:
Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology. Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan Excellent Communication and Organizational skills Active Secret Security Clearance Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities Demonstrated team building skills Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills

Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
