Description:
Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services, is seeking an Industrial Security Representative Senior to join the security team in Grand Prairie TX. You will perform program security duties supporting multiple collateral and special access programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Security Representative Senior / Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO), you will provide multi-disciplined security support for several complex and growing collateral and special access programs. This role is the primary security interface with all levels of associated program personnel at Lockheed Martin as well as customers and possible subcontractor sites. As CSSO, you may be responsible for all aspects of security to include personnel, subcontractor management, classification management, and inspection readiness. In this role, your responsibilities will include: Management of Special Access Program (SAP) environments supporting multiple customer agencies and will act as the security liaison for program activities; monitoring adherence to master plans and schedules, identifying program challenges and obtaining solutions. Lead review sessions with internal and external customers to discuss scheduling requirements, outstanding requests and potential roadblocks. Maitain physical security for multi-level testing facilities, providing technical knowledge to ensure program success, writing and implementing robust OPSEC requirements and partnering with program management and various senior officials utilizing the requirements set forth in Department of Defense policy and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and others as applicable. Develop creative security solutions to meet mission requirements while ensuring compliance with our customers' expectations and applicable security policies and directives. This role is the primary security interface with all levels of associated program personnel at Lockheed Martin as well as customers and possible subcontractor sites. - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
― Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 and ICD 705. ― Must have a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level of understanding of security regulations, including prior experience drafting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, Security Plans and Operational Documents. ― Basic understanding of classified test facility planning ― Basic understanding of RF systems ― Basic understanding of shipping and receiving classified hardware ― Previous Program / Project Management experience ― Strong communication and presentation skills ― Demonstrated ability to establish positive customer relationships ― Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. ― The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners. ― Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required. ― Final Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and a background investigation performed within the last five years.
Desired Skills:
― Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility security compliance. ― Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CSSO. ― Ability to work independently when required and be a team player. ― Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master's degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner. ― Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
