POSITION SUMMARY
In-Person Position Greenville, Texas Global Robotics & Science Foundation's mission is to help students everywhere develop the skills, confidence, and purpose to shape their future. Working in close alignment with VEX Robotics, the Foundation supports schools, educators, coaches, Event Partners, volunteers, and students participating in robotics programs and competitions around the world. We are seeking self-motivated, detail-oriented Program Support Representatives to work in person in Greenville, Texas. This position will serve as a key point of contact for schools and education partners, conduct proactive outreach, provide responsive program guidance, and help current and prospective VEX users move from interest to active robotics competition participation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct professional outreach by phone and email to schools, districts, educators, coaches, and prospective program partners.
Support warm and cold outreach, including engagement with schools already using VEX products that do not yet participate in competition.
Consult with schools and prospects regarding competition opportunities, team formation, registration, events, and available resources.
Provide timely, accurate, and service-oriented follow-up that helps schools confidently move from interest to participation.
Coordinate with Program Support Managers and regional leadership to advance school engagement and participation goals.
Use CRM systems, spreadsheets, and related tools to document outreach, track opportunities, and maintain accurate follow-up records.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-person team environment at the Greenville office.
Participate in occasional travel for customer meetings, events, trade shows, and other organizational needs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a professional and positive approach.
Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English is highly valued, particularly for positions supporting international schools, partners, and communities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and goals.
Ability to communicate effectively with educators, administrators, coaches, and community partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; experience using CRM systems is preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two years of customer support, account outreach, program engagement, inside sales, or related experience; experience serving educators and administrators is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related field is a plus.
Knowledge of robotics, STEM education, educational technology, and/or student competitions is highly preferred.
Must be willing to travel as needed and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Must be able to satisfy background screening requirements applicable to a youth-serving organization.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds when needed, including support for events or trade shows.
