Job Duties:
Performs highly complex administrative and supervisory program work. Work involves establishing program goals and objectives; developing program guidelines, policies, and procedures; creating schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving program outcomes; coordinating and evaluating program activities; preparing and reviewing budget requests; and supervising the work of others. This role requires proactive identification of issues, strong administrative problem solving skills, and the ability to coach and guide staff through complex program responsibilities. Works under limited supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
