Job Description Program Coordinator - Physician Asst program Midland 45396BR Position Description Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program. Major/Essential Functions Serve as the primary point of contact for the office by answering phones, greeting visitors and students. Assist the Program Director, Regional Dean, and faculty with reports, meeting minutes, files, and special projects. Collaborate with team members on admissions interviews. Serve as the unit safety officer. Coordinate student-facing class calendar and schedule reservations in TTUHSC system. Maintain documentation for the department purchasing card and prepare weekly reports. Complete all travel reimbursements for program faculty, adjuncts, students, and staff. Assist the Program Business Manager with purchasing contracts and budget reconciliations. Data entry and filing Required Qualifications High school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
