Job description:

The Program Manager plays a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing a portfolio of projects and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of programs.

Eligibility factors:

All Services

Degree or professional certification in computer science, information technology, homeland security, security informatics or related field

5 or more years in leadership desired.

Certification in project management (e.g.

PMP, PRINCE2

) and security (e.g.

CSPM, SICC

) is desirable.

Proven experience in security and telecommunications, with a record of successfully delivering projects.

Strong knowledge of security best practices, telecommunications protocols, and technologies.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, FCC,IBC, NFPA, NEC regulations).
