Manage vital data:

Ensure supplier information, product catalogs, and pricing are meticulously maintained for accuracy.

Streamline order processes:

Manage contracts with vendors, generate precise quotes, and coordinate comprehensive information for sales teams.

Resolve discrepancies:

Collaborate closely with the supply chain department to resolve order issues and optimize closeout efficiency. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, sales support, order management, quoting, or invoicing with a background in sourcing or placing orders. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in business, supply chain, or accounting preferred). Demonstrated ability to accurately process quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation. Proven organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
