Youth Program Coordinator Pay:
$15.00-$17.00 per hour

Part-time About Us Street Jitsu is a family-focused martial arts academy committed to helping children build confidence, discipline, respect, and leadership in a fun and positive environment. We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and energetic Youth Program Coordinator to lead our Parents' Night Out events and assist with other youth programs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves working with kids, enjoys leading activities, and can confidently manage a group of children independently. Responsibilities Lead and supervise Parents' Night Out and other youth events. Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 4-12. Lead games, activities, crafts, and group challenges using our provided curriculum. Check children in and out and communicate professionally with parents. Serve pizza, snacks, and drinks as needed. Set up, clean up, and maintain a clean, organized event space. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Handle minor behavior issues in a calm, positive, and professional manner. Represent Street Jitsu with enthusiasm and exceptional customer service. Qualifications Must enjoy working with children. Friendly, energetic, dependable, and self-motivated. Comfortable leading groups of children without direct supervision. Strong communication and leadership skills. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Ability to pass a background check. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but not required. Experience in childcare, camps, after-school programs, youth sports, education, or recreation is preferred but not required. Schedule Primarily Friday evenings for Parents' Night Out. Additional opportunities available for birthday parties, summer camps, after-school programs, and special events.
