Our client is looking for an organized and energetic Program Coordinator to join their premier preschool in Rockwall, TX . The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the preschool. This position supports the Executive Director and the Education Director with site administration, enrollment, licensing compliance, and facility standards, while helping maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for children and staff. This is a Direct Hire position with the school Full-Time; Monday - Friday; year-round employment Compensation $45,000-$48,000/year pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience. Full-Time Benefits Health, Dental & Vision insurance 401(k) available Paid Holidays PTO package with growth based on tenure Childcare tuition discounts Professional development opportunities and ongoing leadership support Responsibilities Support the Executive Director in maintaining site-level operational and administrative standards to a Texas Rising Star (TRS) 4-star level Support licensing compliance across paperwork, licensing postings, and building and grounds Manage student file administration, enrollment paperwork, and registration processing Manage the
CRM:
follow up with enrollment leads, invite prospective families to tour, and track each lead through to a decision Assist the Executive Director with parent enrollment tours Support recruitment, scheduling, and operational management of school staff, and directly manage janitorial staff Support the Education Director with curriculum preparation and teacher coordination Oversee the food subsidy program and the school-age program, including summer camp, field trips, and school transportation Support seasonal events, community partnerships, and networking, including creating and managing social media posts Support supply purchasing, inventory, maintenance requests, and bus checks Support childcare management system updates and administration Coordinate with school and regional leadership on programmatic efforts and quality assurance Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff Qualifications 1-2 years of Lead Teacher or site-level administration experience 2+ years total onsite experience in a licensed early education center or an equivalent professional environment A desire for professional growth and interest in a career in early childhood education administration Comfort with technology applications and email; childcare management software knowledge preferred Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood operational practices preferred Ability to manage administration, CRM lead tracking, and support the operational needs of an early childhood center Ability to analyze and interpret student data for operational and administrative management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excel/Google Sheets experience preferred Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and cooperative working style Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check Why Join?
