The candidate will be comfortable doing whatever needs to be done to make the manufacturing process run efficiently. The Program Manager will assist in creating customer quotes. The quote process involves receiving a Request for Quote (RFQ) along with a Bill of Materials (BoM) spreadsheet and circuit board artwork from the customer. Creating the quote is done by cleaning up the BoM, researching the distributor prices of all the parts listed in the BoM, and computing labor hours associated for the job. 1. Responsibilities Leads cross functional team members to meet customer requirements and complies with quality policies, procedures and practices Drive projects to completion: proactively and continuously manage ambiguity and risks, balance competing priorities, apply superior judgment and timely decision making. Able to engage in technical discussions with customers during the project stages on design, BOM discrepancy and and manufacturing areas Responsible for the management, performance and completion of all projects for specified customers. Coordinate with the customer and EWME Team (Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and other functional areas), manage and direct all phases of projects from inception to completion. Provide tailored quotations to customers by utilizing sales and technical knowledge for the preparation of quotation packages for projects Maintain contact with customers regarding technical specifications. Follow up on Engineering change notifications and ensure implementation of the same. Ensure Production & material planning is done in accordance with the Customer's schedule and follow up on shortages Materials readiness review. Coordinate inter-departmental meetings to track the progress towards achieving Customer needs as well as organization goals. Escalation - Address complex customer requests or requirements that cannot be handled individually by the Program Manager or require senior level attention.
