As our Program Manager, you are a key member of the Curtiss-Wright - Order/Project Management team, reporting to the Director of Order/Project Management.

Salary Information:
$108,900 - $145,200 annually, plus bonus Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only. Criteria such as the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.
Your Challenge:
Evaluate and communicate prioritization impacts Work directly with engineering resources between multiple orders / projects in a highly dynamic customer driven environment. Quantify trade-offs when reprioritizing work, identifying customer commitments or milestones affected. Analyze, track and communicate order schedules and budgets and report progress to senior management. Ensure all contract deliveries are met. Participate in the contract/bid review process. Manage order/project from initial placement to final delivery and resolve any issues during the process. Effectively communicate requirements, dependencies, priorities and progress with multiple internal departments. Identify, develop and implement recovery plans for high-risk, off-schedule or unanticipated events. Managing risks, issues and taking appropriate corrective action measures. Supports achieving positive cost and schedule variances on orders Provide regular status updates on schedule health Maintain an active list of all assigned orders/projects
Your Expertise:
3-5+ years within Project Management. Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in program management, business management/administration, or related field is preferred. PMP or equivalent is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of ERP system required. Ability to read engineering prints preferred. Must be a proactive team player Nuclear and/or regulated industry experience is a huge plus Knowledge of Syteline would be advantageous
