Full Job Description Description:
Your Responsibilities:
Track task orders, contracts, and modifications through bid/proposal, award, execution, and close-out. Develop group financial metrics on a weekly basis for program managers Look to automate status, financials, opportunities in Deltek by writing group centric middleware Work with project managers to develop proposal materials including budgetary Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM)s, Statement of Objectives (SOO)s, Statement of Work (SOWs), schedules, and charge accounts. Monitor and communicate portfolio expenditures, resource allocations, and actuals. Monitor and communicate subcontractor performance. Generate, assemble, and coordinate delivery of contractual deliverables. Establish materials and content for quarterly program management reviews. Regular communications with stakeholders on program status. Maintain compliance with regulatory training requirements.

Salary:
$38.46 per hour
Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week to start

Required Qualifications:
Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively. Risk management. Written and verbal communication skills. Cost control and budgeting skills. Organizational and multitasking skills. BA/BS degree
Special Requirements:
Must be able to obtain and remain eligible for a US Department of Defense security clearance.
