Job Description Choctaw Global, the business arm of the Choctaw Nation, is seeking a Program Manager in our Defense & Aerospace sector within the Program Management & Coordination department. The Program Manager will oversee key construction and related projects, aligning them with strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines. Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, risk management, and performance reporting. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a portfolio of defense and aerospace-related construction and infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout. Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, budgets, and resource plans across multiple projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for defense and aerospace clients, government representatives, and key stakeholders. Ensure all projects comply with contractual requirements, defense industry regulations, security protocols, and quality standards. Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact scope, cost, or schedule. Manage change control processes, including evaluation of scope changes, cost impacts, and schedule adjustments. Prepare and deliver regular status reports, performance metrics, and executive briefings for internal leadership and clients. Coordinate and mentor project managers, technical leads, and cross-functional team members to meet program objectives. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all construction sites in alignment with company and regulatory standards. Support business development by contributing to proposals, estimates, and strategic planning for new defense and aerospace opportunities.
