POSITION SUMMARY
The Ryan White Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing Ryan White and HIV services across the region. This role supports the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and Program Analyst in ensuring compliance with all Ryan White program requirements, including programmatic standards, reporting, training, and quality improvement. The Regional Manager provides leadership and direction to staff, fosters a team-based approach, and ensures that clinical and support services meet state and federal guidelines without duplication of services.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and Program Analyst with program compliance, reporting, and overall support Oversee the day-to-day operations of Ryan White program activities Ensure compliance with all Ryan White program service categories and funding requirements Support program planning, implementation, and evaluation to achieve strategic objectives and improve patient outcomes Conduct morning huddles with Ryan White support and clinical staff to identify and address barriers to care Assist the Program Analyst with annual HIV trainings and staff development initiatives Supervise Ryan White support service staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and monitoring performance goals and objectives Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices in HIV care and support services Represent the organization in community partnerships, coalitions, and advisory boards related to HIV care Attend monthly conference calls with funding sources to stay informed of program updates and requirements Assist the CDO and Program Analyst in report preparation and submission, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Support the CDO and Program Analyst with the Ryan White Services Report (RSR) and completeness reporting The above information is intended to describe the most important aspects of the job. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Driver license, an appropriate driving record, and auto liability insurance required Bachelor's degree or four years of experience required Two years of direct care social services experience required Supervision experience required Advanced knowledge of Ryan White programs required Familiarity with local community resources required Proficient computer skills required Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Ability to travel extensively required Motivational and presentation skills and appreciation for diversity required Share job details to
