Primary Purpose:
Train, develop, and collaborate with staff to implement comprehensive academic and behavioral supports.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Masters degree Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject assigned
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation Ability to interpret data and evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness Ability to develop and deliver training to adult learners Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience:
3 years of successful classroom experience
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Train, develop, and collaborate with staff for the successful implementation of student accommodations. 2. Coordinate with IC and campus admin in facilitating PLC/data meetings. 3. 504 Coordinator. 4. MTSS facilitator (campus/district). 5. Bilingual/TELPAS (LPAC) coordinator. 6. GPC coordinator. 7. Member of Tier I & II behavior committees. 8. Campus testing coordinator. 9. Coordinate testing accommodations across programs for consistency and accuracy. 10. Perform other duties as assigned. 11. ARD support as coordinated with campus admin. Other 12. Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
