Pay Scale:
Administrative-Instruction 2 Primary Purpose Coordinate and oversee services and programs to support students and families, with a focus on improving school readiness, academic success, and attendance. Strengthen engagement between families, campuses, and the community through evidence-based strategies, parent involvement initiatives, and wraparound services. Collaborate with district departments and campuses to remove barriers to student success, particularly for students identified as at-risk.
Qualification Guidelines:
Education/Certifications Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field Valid Texas teaching certification (preferred) Experience Experience working in education, social services, or family support settings Experience in organizing family engagement initiatives and community partnerships Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills Knowledge of community resources and support services Understanding of Title I, Part A Parent and Family Engagement requirements Ability to facilitate Student Success Teams and student support programs Knowledge of student attendance requirements Ability to collect and analyze data for program evaluation and improvement Bilingual (preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities Volunteers in Public Schools Liaison
