PROGRAM MANAGER

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dynamic Program Manager in Southeast Houston. In this impactful, high-visibility role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving product rollouts, and delivering top-tier contract manufacturing solutions. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below. In a Program Manager job you'll be responsible for: Developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, quality control) to ensure alignment and progress. Interfacing with customers and internal teams as the primary point of contact throughout all phases of assigned projects. Identifying project risks and developing effective mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution. Monitoring key performance metrics and tracking costs throughout the project lifecycle to maintain profitability. Overseeing the successful rollout of products to customers prior to the start of manufacturing. Preparing reports and working with customers on reducing excess inventory. Collecting and reviewing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement for future product iterations. What you'll need: At least 3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing required. Bachelor's degree, preferred. Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes, technologies, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Charts/Graphs), ERP systems, and project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
