The roles are 100% on-site and will be located either in Bacchus (Magna) or Promontory Utah. Overview Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Program Manager 3 will support the program execution of contracts, develop and execute business growth strategies, have Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability, and supervise direct reports and additional staff responsible for program performance. The selected candidate will possess strong leadership skills and take ownership of their programs, including overall management of technical, financial and contract commitments. Emphasis will also be placed on communication with both internal and external customers, as well as functional organizations.
