Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Teen Coordinator to lead and inspire youth programs within our community. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop engaging activities, foster positive relationships, and empower teenagers to reach their full potential. As a Teen Coordinator, you will serve as a role model, advocate, and leader, creating a safe and inclusive environment where teens can thrive. Your energetic approach will help build vibrant programs that promote social, emotional, and personal growth among young people. Responsibilities Design, implement, and oversee youth-centered programs tailored to teens' interests and developmental needs Recruit, train, and supervise employees who support teen activities and initiatives Facilitate engaging workshops, events, and activities that promote leadership, health, and community involvement Manage social media platforms and marketing efforts to promote programs and increase youth participation Collect data on program participation and outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and inform future planning Develop partnerships with schools, community organizations, and local agencies to expand program reach Provide guidance on addiction counseling, mental health awareness, and public health topics relevant to teens Lead public speaking engagements to promote youth programs and advocate for teen needs within the community Join us in making a lasting impact on the lives of young people!
