Job Description
Important Responsibilities:
Executes programs the meet the needs of the organization, employees, and customers. Participates in aspects of global and corporate product programs, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, and project performance metrics. Promotes the program throughout the organization and tracks utilization. Ensures the work of the program stakeholders is completed on time and in accordance with established standards or specifications. Evaluates program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics. Ensures that activities compliant with organizational policies, best practices, and any relevant external regulations. Provides reports and updates to program stakeholders as well as senior management. What we're looking for in you: Ability to mentor others Oral and written communication skills Ability to build collaborative relationships Detail oriented Ability to meet deadlines Ability to create and manage project budgets Project and/or Program management skills Define and interpret data for KPI reporting Knowledge of quality systems including design control Analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead change, business process mapping, and drive improvements Mid-High level knowledge in one or more areas Decision making and multi-departmental collaboration Identify, organize, and guide discovery projects and team members Solid business acumen Medical device or other regulated industry experience preferred Project Management or other relevant certification (PMP, CSM etc.) is preferred 5+ years in a Program/Project Manager role or similar position preferred Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience strongly suggested, but not required.
