NOW HIRING FULL-TIME PROGRAM SPECIALIST!
Early Childhood Education Center Management Team:
You'll be the bridge between our teachers and leadership— training and mentoring, and ensuring every classroom is a place where kids thrive. If you believe that high-quality early childhood care changes lives, this role was built for you. Monday - Friday No evenings or weekends Competitive pay + bonuses What you'll do: Support teachers Train new hires, roll out curriculum themes, and coach staff toward their goals. Uphold quality standards Keep CCQS standards strong in every classroom through ongoing training and feedback. Support the whole center Partner with the director on day-to-day operations, special care plans, and a positive work culture.
Be the bridge:
Connect what's happening in classrooms to leadership — advocating for staff and kids alike. What we're looking for: Minimum CDA, NAC, or equivalent credential, plus at least 1 year of early childhood experience and required Bureau of Child Care Licensing coursework. Beyond the credentials, we're looking for someone who: Brings calm judgment and professionalism to difficult situations Communicates openly and effectively with parents and staff Creates a safe, nurturing, and motivating environment for children Can drive a 14-passenger van and lift to 40 lbs Can perform First Aid and CPR (training provided) Benefits & perks Health coverage: Multiple plan options, urgent care memberships, accident plans, and dental discount.
