Early Childhood Education Center Management Team:

You'll be the bridge between our teachers and leadership— training and mentoring, and ensuring every classroom is a place where kids thrive. Uphold quality standards Keep CCQS standards strong in every classroom through ongoing training and feedback. Support the whole center Partner with the director on day-to-day operations, special care plans, and a positive work culture.

Be the bridge:

Connect what's happening in classrooms to leadership — advocating for staff and kids alike. What we're looking for: Minimum CDA, NAC, or equivalent credential, plus at least 1 year of early childhood experience and required Bureau of Child Care Licensing coursework. Beyond the credentials, we're looking for someone who: Brings calm judgment and professionalism to difficult situations Communicates openly and effectively with parents and staff Creates a safe, nurturing, and motivating environment for children Can drive a 14-passenger van and lift to 40 lbs Can perform First Aid and CPR (training provided) Benefits & perks Health coverage: Multiple plan options, urgent care memberships, accident plans, and dental discount.
