Job Description

Crisis Stabilization Specialist
  • QMHP Highlands Harbor is a crisis stabilization program that provides an alternative to hospitalization.
Highlands Harbor offers an overnight, non-hospital setting that focuses on individualized care for those experiencing psychiatric/substance use crisis including detox. This program has the capacity of a 12-bed unit in a newly renovated building. Primary responsibilities include continuous observation and monitoring, crisis evaluation, brief intervention and de-escalation, referrals to wrap-around services, and coordination with supports.

    Full-time, Non-Exempt, Tuesday
  • Friday, 7:00am
  • 5:00pm
Compensation:
$20.50
  • $22.00
  • Commensurate with education/experience.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field.
Experience:
One-year case management experience and registered as a Qualified Mental Health Professional
  • Trainee required.
Registered as a Qualified Mental Health Professional and residential or crisis experience preferred.
