The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between mission stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure programs, projects, and capabilities are effectively planned, coordinated, and executed. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic mission-focused environment. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities across technical, operational, and program management teams to ensure successful mission execution.
  • Track program schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
  • Facilitate communication between Customer stakeholders, engineers, and external partners.
  • Support program planning, requirements management, and integration activities.
  • Develop meeting materials, status reports, executive briefings, and decision-support products.
  • Monitor progress against objectives and identify issues requiring leadership attention.
  • Assist with strategic planning, process improvement, and mission coordination efforts.
  • Support technical and program reviews, governance boards, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Ensure actions are completed in accordance with Customer priorities and timelines. Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, Information Technology, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting complex government, intelligence, defense, or technical programs.
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Desired Skills
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community programs or mission operations.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering, software development, acquisition, or program management processes.
  • Experience preparing executive-level briefings and leadership communications.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, INCOSE, or related professional certification.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional integration efforts in classified environments.
