Job Description

Shelor Motor Mile is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Upgrade Program Specialist to assist current service customers with upgrading to a newer vehicle. This role focuses on engaging customers visiting our service department, reviewing their current vehicle situation, and presenting trade-up opportunities that provide value and convenience. The ideal candidate is professional in appearance, comfortable using computers and dealership systems, and confident communicating with customers face-to-face. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers visiting the service department and introduce upgrade opportunities. Review customers' current vehicles and explain potential upgrade options. Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle values, benefits of upgrading, and available inventory. Work closely with the sales and service teams to identify potential upgrade candidates. Use dealership computer systems and tools to track customer interactions and opportunities. Provide a positive, professional, and customer-focused experience. Follow up with customers regarding vehicle upgrade opportunities. Qualifications Professional appearance and business-appropriate attire required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with customers in a customer-facing environment. Computer literate and able to learn dealership software systems. Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
