Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate volunteers to support program activities and outreach efforts. Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and outreach campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion. Manage social media platforms and marketing strategies to promote programs and increase community engagement. Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, budgeting, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in volunteer management and supervising teams in a community or organizational setting. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to present information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences. Experience in program development, project management, marketing, and data collection methods.
