This position can be located in either the Aberdeen, MD area or the Ft. Belvoir, VA area. The Management Analyst will support business operations, records management, electronic document management, outreach, workforce development, onboarding, awards, and deployment coordination. The position will assess administrative processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, accessibility, and accountability. Responsibilities Maintain the organization's Records Management Program. Create and document record inventories and standardized division-level file plans. Prepare, update, and upload office records lists into the applicable records-management system. Coordinate records-management meetings and training for division and branch action officers. Assess electronic records and document-storage practices and recommend improvements. Implement and maintain approved SharePoint and digital file-management solutions. Support employee onboarding, awards, outreach, and other workforce activities. Coordinate on-site and in-person outreach events. Prepare deployment documentation and coordinate packages through internal channels and Headquarters. Support partnerships with academic institutions to develop organization-specific graduate-level programs. Identify and coordinate specialized training opportunities for the Science and Technology and Business and Operations workforces. Track taskers, prepare reports, document procedures, and monitor action completion. Qualifications Two or more years of relevant management-analysis, business-operations, records-management, or administrative-program experience preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, written communication, and coordination skills. Ability to assess existing processes and develop practical recommendations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple concurrent requirements. Ability to work on-site and collaborate across divisions and branches. Preferred Qualifications Three or more years of directly relevant experience. Experience supporting DoD or Army administrative operations. Familiarity with Federal records management, SharePoint administration, workforce training, outreach, or deployment coordination.
Hiring Range for this position:
